Since 1979, IPM has grown by investing in its people and expanding the ways we can serve boards, homeowners and properties throughout the Tahoe–Carson region.
IPM started with community association management in Incline Village in 1979. Over the years, we've grown by investing in the people and services our communities need, bringing management, maintenance, long-term rentals and home services together under one local company.
The business has grown, but the approach remains personal: build a strong team, stay connected to the communities we serve and take good care of the properties entrusted to us.
