What began as a community association management company has grown into the team IPM is today, bringing management, maintenance, long-term rentals and home services together across the Tahoe–Carson region.
IPM began in Incline Village in 1979 with community association management. It's the work that built the company and remains at the center of what we do today.
As the needs of our clients grew, so did we. Building maintenance, grounds care, snow removal, long-term rentals, house checks and cleaning expanded the ways our team could care for the communities and properties around us.
